Sheri Lawrence
Sheri Lawrence is an artist specializing in Acrylic and Oil Landscape painting. She is an award-winning artist in residence with Stella’s Art Gallery. She holds a B.F.A in Illustration from Columbus College of Art and Design and a Master of Art in Visual Art Education K - 12. After 20 years as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer, Sheri returned to university to acquire her teaching license and taught K – 8 for ten years before becoming a full-time painter. She resides in Shaker Heights with her husband and three needy cats. They have two grown children who they love to visit.
Students bring their creativity and curiosity to explore important art skills and techniques through working with pencils, pens, pastels, watercolors, acrylics and *air-dried clay. Classes are focused on strengthening young artists’ understanding of the elements and principles of art in a relaxed and social environment.

Session 2 is all new projects. Your student is not required to attend the first session but is encouraged to as every project is building on learned skills
Supplies are provided. *Additional clay fee for Session 2
