Pottery Box

Pottery Studio Membership

Pottery Box is Stella’s Art Gallery’s open-studio pottery membership, designed for makers with basic clay skills who are ready to work independently in a shared studio environment.

This is not a class. Pottery Box offers ongoing studio access during gallery hours for experienced beginners and intermediate potters who are comfortable working without instruction.

Pottery Box Open Studio Time
from $65.00

The Studio

Members have access to two fully equipped pottery studios, including dedicated areas for wheel throwing, handbuilding, and glazing. Each member is provided with personal shelf space, allowing work to remain in progress and tools to be stored on site.

Studio access includes shared use of wheels, slab roller, hand tools, decorating accessories, and studio glazes.

Orientation Requirement

All new members must complete a one-time orientation before beginning studio use.

Orientation includes:

  • A personal tour of the facility

  • Review of equipment and studio procedures

  • Studio policies and firing protocols

Orientation is scheduled after payment is received.
Dani Klein or Emily Strogin will contact you directly to arrange your orientation.
