Stella’s Art Gallery: The H2O Show - Anything Water
Stella’s Art Gallery invites artists to submit work for The H2O Show – Anything Water, an exhibition in which water must be the primary focus and subject matter of the artwork.
Water is life, movement, memory, and transformation. From oceans and rivers to rain, ice, steam, and reflection, this exhibition welcomes artistic interpretations of water as subject, material, metaphor, or message. Artists are encouraged to consider themes such as ecology, climate, emotion, ritual, abstraction, and the essential role water plays in our natural and human worlds.
All submitted works must feature water as the dominant visual, conceptual, or material element—not as a secondary detail or background component. Interpretations may be representational or abstract, traditional or experimental, provided that water is clearly central to the work.

Comedy Night with Henceforth Comedy
Overview
For one night, Stella’s Art Gallery transforms into an intimate pop-up comedy club featuring Chicago powerhouse Kristen Toomey.
A hidden art gallery in downtown Willoughby…
A nationally touring headliner…
And a room full of people ready to laugh their way into the weekend.
Kristen Toomey is one of the sharpest stand-ups working today. Her comedy is fearless, honest, and wildly energetic. It's the kind of performance that feels less like watching a show and more like being in the room when something special is happening.
She’s appeared at Netflix Is A Joke Festival, SXSW, Just For Laughs and top clubs like The Stand, Laugh Factory, and Zanies. Her debut album hit #1 on iTunes, her stand-up clips have pulled 20M+ views online, and she recently made her talk show debut on Sherri.
But here’s the part that matters most:You get to see her in a room that only fits 50 people.
These Henceforth Comedy shows are built for that exact feeling — the night you tell friends about later because you saw a killer comic up close before everyone else.
The Experience:
For one evening, Stella’s Art Gallery becomes a comedy club.
Arrive early, wander the gallery, grab a drink, and settle into a show that feels more like a secret gathering than a typical comedy night.
🎨 Explore the gallery before the show
🍷 Beer & wine available by suggested donation
🍺 BYOB welcome
Then we dim the lights and turn the room over to the comedians.
About Kristen Toomey
Kristen Toomey has been headlining clubs across North America and the UK since 2008.
She was recently named “Best Comedian in Chicago” three years in a row, her special “Shriller” was voted Best Special by Comedy Gazelle, and she became the first woman to host the Chicago/Midwest Emmy Awards solo.
Her stand-up has appeared on:
Kevin Hart’s LOL Network • Peacock • Don’t Tell Comedy • Comedy Dynamics
She’s also opened for comics like Colin Quinn, Natasha Leggero, Kevin Nealon, Kyle Kinane, and Chris Redd.
Her style?
Bold, raunchy, brutally honest, and ridiculously funny.
