Exploring the Animal Nations: the healers- the burden carriers- the messengers-& the wisdom from the 2-legged- the 4 legged- the winged ones & those that swim & crawl.
I believe that the animals that enter our lives . Whether in dreams & visions, our homes, or daily experiences- offer messages of wisdom & guidance- a specific meaning for me - a message to be explored .
The workshop is in 2 parts:
Part 1: scenarios discussions & sharing
Part 2 : drawing/ painting on canvas with acrylics / oil pastels a totem of your choice with animal medicine cards available as a reference .
All supplies included.

Alice is a professional art instructor, tie dye artist, wildlife artist& custom pet portrait artist . Alice has taught art in Cincinnati county schools ,West Palm Beach Schools, Adult Community art programs Royal Palm Beach Fl. She has taught art at Cleveland State. Fairmount Center & Dazzle in Chagrin Falls & in home paint parties.Her art is on display at Stella's Art Gallery in Willoughby .Alice also takes her art & tie dyes to various summer art shows & markets.
Alice also worked as an Art Therapist at Laurelwood Psychiatric/ Lake West Hospital.
Alice has always been attracted to Indigenous art & stories. Currently she has 3 Elders ( a mixed blood Tsalagi ( Cherokee) a 1st Nations Saultaux & a Lakota.) As she " walks The Red Road .
Many of her creations have a Native American influence & style.
