About the Instructor: Emily Strogin graduated from Ohio State University in 2021 where she studied ancient Mediterranean history and ceramics. Her work is inspired by ancient utilitarian forms and she uses the coiling and paddling technique found in various traditional cultures to shape vessels. Emily currently displays her work and teaches at Stella’s Art Gallery.
