Each 90-minute session is tailored to your unique learning pace and artistic goals, building your confidence and skill on the pottery wheel with expert guidance. You’ll learn foundational techniques—from centering and shaping to refining—while creating beautiful handmade pieces like bowls, cups, or small vases. Instruction on glazing is also included, allowing you to add a personal touch to each piece.

Kids Art Club with Carol Leikala and Nathan Hagar. February 5, 12, 19, and 26th 4:30-6pm. In February we are going to embrace the cold snowy weather in a fun and colorful way. We will paint Llamas in their pajamas, create some snowy self-portraits and make some mixed media ValentinesQ Come out of the cold and join us for some wintry fun!

Unlock the magic of the gelatin plate for printing at home. The gelatin plate (brand names Gelli Plate or Gel Press) is a wonderful tool to create a variety of prints, whether you want a unique monotype or papers for collage (and many other things in between).
During these studio sessions we’ll unlock how to make the most of your gelli plate, including what materials and tools to use, learning about the two primary ways to build images, and exploring a wide range of paints and tools.
Each week will have a different theme – starting with the basics of applying paint and using your tools, all the way to advanced techniques such as creating monotypes and even printing on ceramics!
We’ll look at the work of different print artists working in different printing mediums and consider what we can bring into the world of gelli plate printing.
Bring your gelli plate and have fun!

Mindful Coloring with Anna Weisend
Life can be loud and overwhelming. Mindfulness coloring can quiet our minds and give us a chance to focus on the moment. Science backs the benefits of this and likens the results to that of meditation.

It’s a brand new year and the perfect time to start an art journal! Art journaling is a way to explore art and yourself at the same time. In this class you will be able to explore different products and techniques to express yourself. This will be a monthly class but you can pick and choose which classes you attend as it suits you. This month we will be making covers for our art journals using collage techniques.

Hand building with a ball of clay can be fun, satisfying, creative and challenging. Come explore this tactile, hands on making of clay bowls using the pinch method. In this 2 session course, you will have the opportunity to make two or three pinch pots with or without stamp designs. Session 2 we will glaze the pots to make them glossy and functional. Come by yourself, with your daughter or son, or a friend.
About the instructor: Christine Siarka, has worked in clay off and on for about 15 years, almost exclusively hand building. She is currently creating pinch pots for vases, plants and prayer bowls, in addition to other media. This method is very centering, grounding and fun. She has taught both adults and young people for over 20 years, in Northeast, OH and Dallas TX. She loves being part of her student's creative process. It brings much joy and hope.

We will be covering how to create depth in an acrylic painting by working in layers and glazing using acrylic mediums, acrylic paint & some additional embellishments to create a beautiful & unique galaxy painting. Studio access allows you to use equipment, decorating accessories and studio glazes. We ask that you purchase your clay from us $15 for 25lbs, but you may use your own glazes -cone 05 to cone 6 glaze.

*Orientation will be scheduled after payment has been received. This is a personal tour of the facility and equipment with Dani Klein or Carol Pitts. Wheel time scheduling will be discussed during the orientation. Dani or Carol will call you to schedule the orientation time.

Instruction on glazing is also included, allowing you to add a personal touch to each piece.
