About the Instructor:
Margie Branche, Seahorse Fiber Art has been Nuno Felting (wet felting process) for 12 years. She used a variety of fabrics: silk chiffon, silk gauze, sari silk, fiber, Marino wool, Alpaca, silk teneel, and various embellishments. With those Margie creates shawls, scarves, flower pins, and home décor items. This process provides a light to medium weight breathable fabric that is vary fluid soft against the skin and warm. All of the designs are one of a kind and only basic colorways and designs are possible.
Margie was introduced to this art at a local craft festival where she met Robbie Grodin. She went to her shop and found her happy place. Words cannot express the impact she has on her life.
