Mandala is a geometric figure representing the universe, based on a circle.
We will explore basic watercolor techniques to create a circular mandala like design for relaxation and calmness. Adding some embellishment of Sharpie and acrylic for fun and joy. Come join us for the Ahh moments. Our work will be on 2 or 3 squares of various sizes, no larger than 9” x 9”. Some watercolor experience is helpful, or watercolor 1a. We will start the class with a grounding centering time and then 15 min to warm up with watercolor. The rest of the class session is to create and embellish your fluid mandala with guidance. We will embellish with sparkly paints, metallic acrylics and black Sharpie.
